Vaping products and E-cigarettes are legal in Greece but the Greek government banned non-nicotine vapes and e-cigarettes in 2018 in an attempt to stop vapers mixing their own vape juice. Greeks cannot buy e-cigarettes or vaping juice from other EU countries by mail order.
